Instructions:
a. Hague Convention Signatories: Formal service by the Central Authority.
a.1: Contact the appropriate translator and have your documents translated.b. Hague Convention Signatories: Informal or Private Personal (Art. 10).
a.2: Send us the documents plus a cover letter in PDF format only
a.3: Complete advance payment to any of these accounts.
a.4: Wait for a Hague Service Affidavit from the Central Authority.
a.5: If excessive delay: 3 months, we will interact.
b.1: Send a translated cover letter to defendant indicating the following;Instructions a and b above apply also to service in between European Community members: Hague Convention and Non Hague signatories. For Inter-European private service of Process it is highly recommended a full translation.
b.1.1.: Time frame to answer serviceb.2: If you are not sure or can not presume that the addressee speaks English, have the cover letter indicated above at b.1 translated by the appropriate translator in the Countries' official language. We recommend the use of a courtesy cover letter.

b.3: Send us the complete file by email in PDF format only (If true copies can be served, otherwise contact us to give you a Physical address where to send the originals).
b.4: Complete advance payment in Euros, US$or CAD$to any of these accounts, if paying by Paypal or Credit Card, please ask us for an invoice first.
b.5: Expect our "Service Affidavit" once the Consular representative has authenticate our signature and according your time-price selection. You will receive an Affidavit in English language by DHL Courier within 3 days.
c. All the rest of Europe: We serve personally as Legal Couriers, Agents and Special Process Server.
Legal Panorama
a. Service within European Countries signatories of the 1965 treaty of the Hague has two modalities;
1. Central Authority Service (Art. 6 & 9): Translations and direct forwarding.
2. Alternative Service (Art. 10): Mail, Judicial officer or qualified legal professional (Personal).
b. European Community members Service can be to signatories or Not signatories of the Hague Convention, either to existing members or to future members states according to Council decision;

2. European Qualified Professionals: Service by Barrister Solicitor within the E.E.C.
1. International Service of Process by Legal Couriers, Agents or Private Personal Service.2. Special Process Server according to Common Law specifications.
d. Special Process Server named or mandated by foreign courts: Valid for all countries.

Central Authority: In some European Countries you do not need a full translation of documents but a "Summary" of the case and our "Certification" as Attorneys indicating is a Civil or Commercial matter for the Central Authority.
Private Personal Service of Process: Does not requires translations and has the advantage that can not be refused by defendant nor rejected by the Central Authority. A cover letter is recommended as an International Courtesy obligation. Evidence of International Service of Process is an Affidavit of service authenticated by the Consular agent and is backup with legal references (in some countries the Central Authority itself will issue an Hague Affidavit of Service for the use of our services).
Service by Mail: Has the same legal value and there is no hierarchy with the above, but it is Fragile and easily expose to a "Quash of Service". We offer this service and guarantee it in Court. Follow the instructions as for Private Personal Service of Process.
